1 lb Chicken Wings
1 Bag of Olivia’s Parmesan Pepper Croutons, crushed
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Eggs, whisked
1 TBSP Vegetable Oil for baking sheet
Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Mix together crushed croutons and grated Parmesan cheese in a medium sized bowl. In another bowl, whisk eggs. Dip chicken wing in egg and then toss in crouton/Parmesan mix, place on lightly oiled baking sheet. Repeat until all of the wings are coated and placed on baking sheet. Place chicken in preheated oven and bake for about 20 – 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and breading is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes.
