David and I attended Innovation Engineering, with Doug Hall from Eureka Ranch, a workshop sponsored by Vermont Manufacturing Extension Center. Three intense days of brain stretching!
It’s always beneficial to be able to take a break from our daily routines and look at Olivia’s Croutons from the outside looking in. We were lucky to be able to share our croutons with the 130 or so attendees and get their feedback on what the next generation of croutons should be.
There were lots of suggestions, including:
– “brewtons” served at your local bar
– Dessert croutons
– Alphabet shaped croutons
– Salad bowls made from croutons.
